A little extra peace of mind, for just a little expense, can go a long way to ease your concerns on a long trip, or just running across town. This is one of those little things that can make a big difference.

We're pleased to offer you riders of the Concours 14 a sturdy and simple protector for the all important - and often too exposed - oil filter. We tossed around a few ideas, made a couple of prototypes, and finally settled on this solution.

Simple Installation

This unit is machined from seamless aluminum tubing, with the end cap seal welded in place. A stainless steel clamp secures it to the filter. This will mount over both stock and aftermarket oil filters.

An unsolicited email from a very happy customer:

Murphs' will warranty this part for the life of the original owner. If it is ever damaged we will replace it, buyer pays the shipping however.

While you're at it, get a package of oil drain plug crush washers to cover you for several oil changes!
